Today wasn't nearly as exercise-intensive as the previous few days have been. My body's hurting a little bit from my fall yesterday, so I'm not interested in going for a run tonight. But I did do 45 minutes of pilates and roughly that same amount of time walking the dog today. 

This morning, the scale said I was another pound lighter. I expect the weight loss will slow down tomorrow or Friday. For this DietBet, I've cut out all energy drinks/soda and I've stopped eating donuts. Prior to this, I was eating 2-3 donuts every 2-3 days. Now I'm eating cereal & oatmeal for breakfast like a good girl, with a side of yogurt on occasion. The soda is probably a large part of the reason why I'm losing weight so quickly in the beginning.

Time will tell if my exercise and eating habits are going to be fruitful. Right now, I'm hopeful.
