There is something about a salad made by someone else that makes it so much more appealing than the same salad you would make for yourself! Why is that? Speaking of salad..I would bet that there have been many more salads eaten by this group of people compared to last week! So many variations, combinations, types of lettuces, etc. I always try to switch it up from week to week when it comes to toppings. Sometimes I'll have an avocado in the fridge, sometimes I'll have some grilled chicken, depends on the last time I went to the grocery store.

There is one item that I normally have in the fridge for salads - cucumbers. Normally, I can't finish the entire cucumber before it goes bad. Either I don't eat enough salads, or I forget that it's in the veggie drawer.... or a combination of both! However, this week is different. I finished a cucumber this week which means I've eaten a lot of salads! Small steps = 10% weight loss!
