Today is Day 1 in my DietBet.  I'm already thinking I'm going to fail.  Sugar is my biggest downfall and specifically, Pepsi.  I've already had 2 and it's only 1pm.  I need to come up with a plan if I'm to succeed.

Plan:

1.  Cut back on sugary foods.  Specifically, 2 Pepsi's per day only.

2.  Phsical activity (another hard one).  I'd like to try to walk weekdays after dinner.  No time limit at this point.  Just get moving.

3.  More protein.
