I am a few days in and the motivation is getting harder to come by. I really really want this though so I am going to push through. Evening snacking and red wine are my pit falls. I think I am going to start a project I can work on in front of the TV to keep my hands busy with something other than snacking. Maybe a patchwork quilt or knitting, something I can do mindlessly while I watch tv like I usually do with food. Plus at the end of it all I will have something cute I made! I also have had success in the past with setting a time of day after which I can only eat certain low/almost no calorie foods. I lost 30 lbs doing this once, but I had to set the time at 5 and that was HARD! But it worked! Do you have any ideas to add?
