Today was the first day where my weight stablized a bit, so I guess my body has finally gotten used to the idea of my new diet and exercise. Currently, I'm aiming to keep my caloric intake between 1600 & 1800 and to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I'm not counting walking as exercise because I walk constantly even when I'm not trying to "be healthy", so it doesn't really do much to change my body anymore.

I decided to do a bit of a rest day this time, but I still needed to get in my 30 minutes of exercise. So I chose to go for a bike ride. My bike ride lasted for about 33 minutes and I traversed roughly 5.5  miles of my neighborhood tonight. It was a nice excursion, and I'll probably do it again on my future "rest days".
