I just browsed through my whole DB history and I've largely fluctuated within the same 10 lb range for the last few years.  My lowest on record here was Mar 8th of this year.  I will be honest--I'd just had an extremely virulent stomach bug and hadn't eaten for a few days, but I do remember how good it felt to wear my jeans.

That's when I'll personally know that I've made real progress, not just fluctuating "oh look how good I've done".  When I beat that number.  And my jeans fit--or better yet, are loose.  That may seem really harsh, and maybe it is, but it's not something I've been able to accomplish yet.  I think I will finally feel like I'm making actual changes when I get there.

Does that make any sense?! 

I'm 11 lbs away from that target... which should happen somewhere around mid-September based on the projections on the Transformer Dashboard.  It seems like so far away!
