We have had our fur baby Raven for 2 months, and I have let her be an excuse to skip workouts and eat whatever because it is "quick."  She is a handful, but is getting easier.  We leave her alone during the day and so we like to come home and get her out ASAP after work rather than work out.  Now I just need to get more workouts in.  Clean up the diet.  I am almost at 170lbs which I have never been.  Even at my worst in college.  Race season is coming up this fall.  Katie kicked my ass yesterday on a bike ride.  All reasons to fix this mess right now.  

 

Plan is to clean up the diet and mostly the amount of food I am eating.  It is taking a lot of calories to get to and maintain this weight.  I am also going to add in weights if it kills me.  My goal is 2 times per week minimum with the weights and bike 4 days per week.  Ideally 5-6 days per week.  Of course the hubs is out of town this week and so that changes my workout strategy a little bit since I have to get Little Bit (or really Big Bit) our for multiple walks per day.  That will at least get my steps at a reasonable number.

 

Plan on walking Raven then cycling on the trainer to the Tour recap then trying for some weights as long as little girl will let me.
