I recently went to a family reunion, dreading it all the way. Oh, it's wonderful to see everyone I just didn't want everyone to see me in the shape I was in. It was a long, long trip - 550 miles each way, 2 cars and 12 people. LONG, LONG TRIP. It turned out to be a wonderful weekend.
It occurred to me that the only one that was critical of me was me. I got home and looked in the mirror and noticed that I only saw my flaws. I'm with me 24/7 and all I notice is my flaws. When I looked at all of my relatives I only saw how wonderful they looked.
Mirror, mirror on the wall wasn't kind to me at all. That's my mission now, I want to look at myself with new eyes and a different focus. Generate the positive.
Success is more than winning the money - it's all about transforming my image of me!
