Ok, so I am sitting at my computer.... Playing on dietbet reading posts...

 

No in all seriousness, I am planning my menus for the week.  I am going to prep my snacks and lunches today and put them in the fridge, and plan my family meals such that I can stick to my goals.

 

I am not going to lose this money... My family is so deeply in debt, it will kill me with regret.

 

So here are my challenges...

 

1) I am going to do the TURBO cycle from Chris Powell's Choose to Lose.  This means starting Monday, two days no carbs, third day no fat, then two days no carb, last day no fat.  Sundays will be my flex day.

 

2) My oldest child who is ASD, is gluten free, lactose (and dairy where possible) free.

 

3) My youngest child who is also ASD eats limited foods, so will need to build his diet around our plan.

 

4) Luckily my middle boy is flexible.

 

5) We are so far in debt the cost of the week needs to be less than $150.
