So I'm now three weeks into a transformer and....I am doing no better than I started. Sure, I've lost weight (3lbs) but most of it was by sheer luck. I haven't really put in the effort that I promised myself I would. I bought a fitbit but mostly just use it to keep track of my normal walking doing things around town, work, home. I've yet to step foot inside a gym and have only gone for a walk twice. Also my eating habits are the same and only change from stable to bad. I just don't know what it is that is happening. It always starts off so well but then it just drops off and I really wanted this time to be different.....
Which is why I'm doing the 10 day smoothie challenge. Friends have recommended it and I think it could be a good tool to give me a boost to kick up my get healthy journey(not about weight loss but getting healthy). So starting tomorrow evening I will be starting (07/22/2015). Wish me luck!
