I think it is normal for most people to start off really positive. Then, life hits!! You end up with birthdays to celebrate, the weather being too hot to get out and walk, house cleaning that needs to be done, anything but go to the gym right. I say, what we are doing here is a life style change. You still need to be able to live life comfortably and be able to enjoy life. Do not get down on yourself. Just make the right choices food 75% of the time, add some exercise in when you can. As soon as you find the right balance it will all be ok. If you want someone to compete with on fitbit, let me know!!! :)
