Own it, girl! It's so hard to stay motivated. I totally understand. All you can do is keep trying and treat every day as a fresh start. Good luck on your smoothie challenge! I drink smoothies for breakfast pretty often-- I love frozen dark cherries, a banana, spinach, almond milk, and a serving of protein powder or greek yogurt, and a couple of splenda packets. Totally my favorite. You can do this!!
