I know the feeling. I've been there so many times, and every time I tell myself it will be different. I'm trying to take it slowly. One thing at a time. I haven't gone cold turkey on all the junk food I love..that's a recipe for failure. But I'm trying to slowly eliminate things and replace them with healthier things. Really logging my food on MyFitnessPal has helped. And as for gym motivation...I make myself go. When I get home, I change into gym clothes, even if I'm not going right away. I find it's harder to talk myself out of going if I'm already dressed for it. We should be FitBit friends!
