The hardest part of this challenge is my poor eating habits! I love to eat but in order to win this game I will have to control my poor habits and make better and smaller choices. Today is a smoothie and a Yougurt for breakfast. Lunch is a tuna salad and dinner is baked chicken with broccoli. I have string cheese, granola bars, and fruit for a snack in between. I will try to feel up on water most of my day! I plan on walking 2 miles today! Let's see if I can do it! This is the ultimate challenge of Me Vs Me!
