i just barely made the goal for month 1. i've really got to take it up a notch for month 2! if i'm honest with myself, i've been doing the bare minimum for working out. and why? there's no excuse for why. i've been stressed about a job search, but i just got hired yesterday, and now i'm thinking....i've got to find a way to work and workout everyday. i should have been doing more this past month while unemployed. i love the support that this site gives me though, and it's so nice to feel that others are in this struggle with me. :)
