Just signed up for the BET BIG TO WIN BIG- $100, lose 4% body weight diet bet. I am excited. I just binged all week because it was my birthday and I LOVE FOOD! So now it's time to lose some of that extra fat. 

"I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired"

Currently, I am around 170-175lbs which is the most I've weighed ever! So I need to work on lowering my weight to something that is healthier for my height, 5'2". So 170 * .04 = 6.8lbs which is about how much I need to lose in order to win this game. 

During these next 4 weeks, I will be:

  • going to the gym 4-6 times a week
  • drinking lots of water and green tea
  • uping my intake of fruits and veggies
  • post a blog daily to track my process
  • take weekly pictures and measurements as well
