So it's day 1 and I already find myself craving food.
I started out the day well with a 5 mile walk around my local lake which I do every morning and I have signed up for three workout classes tonight to attend. However, I've somehow managed to gain a pound since yesterday. Super discouraging so trying to stay strong. Had some lentil soup for breakfast since I am trying to eat up what I have on hand and not buy groceries since I leave for Europe on Saturday. Also had a tuna sandwich for lunch
You'd think the protein from the lentils and tuna would have kept me full for longer but I can smell my coworker making Mac & Cheese and I am having visions of how good it would taste...
Do any of you have ideas for good low calorie snacks to keep you full?
