Ok, I have to use this tool- Lets start with I'm fat. I don't want to be so instead of just wishing I wasn't I'm doing something about it. Not half heartedly but all in. Easy to be optimistic on day two- determined to keep this attitude with the help of this "game".

Sign in to CommentDay three - last night was REALLY hard. Long hard day at work, late rehearsals for community theatre. When I got home I wanted SOMETHING! A glass of wine or a sweet treat. But some how I managed to overcome that feeling , well mostly. I had calories left for my day so I had 1/2 cup of Special K with a 1/2 of skim milk. It was satisfying enough and I didn't go over my daily calories. Today I feel like I'm so hungry. I have to go to a business breakfast. I just have to remind myself I am in control and I can make choices that fit with this new chapter in my life.
