I heard about Diet Bet from a friend who was really into it, so I'm here now checking it out.  I figured I'd go big or go home, so I signed up for 1 transformer diet bet and 2 kickerstarter ones!  If this doesn't get me to stay on plan, not sure what will!  

Taking it one step at a time. . . Goals for this weekend are: 

  1. Strength training today.  Biking around town as transportation.  Morning run and possibly a swim tomorrow.
  2. Keep the eating in check.  Lots of festivities this weekend, including a viewing party for the Air & Water Show this afternoon, meeting up with friends for a beer & dinner, an outdoor street fest concert tonight, and a friend's birthday dinner tomorrow.
  3. Drink enough water!  It's hot out there!
