I read about this dietbet group on bruce's instagram and it couldnt have come at a more perfect time. I am always looking to drop some lbs and tone up. I have the knowledge and the ability but I sometimes lack motivation and cant keep myself accountable. Im getting married May 2015, so while I "have some time" I find myself putting it off. I recently decided to get back to it and i sprained my ankle pretty bad while on a weekend trip. I just finished week 1 of a 3 week suspension of running/stairs/ anything rigerous that involves my feet. By the time the diet bet starts I will so ready to kick some ass!!!
