I don't have a full wardrobe of cute workout clothes. I have never set foot in a gym. I've never had a personal trainer. I don't have enough money to eat something different from what my family is eating. I don't have a workout partner or anyone close that is on the same journey. I'm not a fitness or nutrition expert. But despite all of these things, I still see results. I've still managed to lose over 70 pounds. I workout in my pajamas most of the time. Every single workout I do is in front of my TV at home. I might not have a personal trainer, but my at-home, TV trainers are world class experts. I play around with different healthy recipes I find on Pinterest that my whole family would like. I might not have a workout partner, but I follow the most motivating and inspiring people on Instagram and Facebook. I also do Dietbets and those people are so nice and supportive. I might not be an expert, but I Google, watch YouTube videos, and spend hours on Pinterest learning everything I can about living a healthier lifestyle. You don't need the cutest workout clothes, a gym membership, a personal trainer, a personal chef, a workout partner, and you sure as hell don't need to be an expert to reach your goals. Your excuses are no excuse. If you have a dream, go for it!! There is nothing standing in your way except you. Now make today count!!
