I am doing well.  I won both round 1 and round 2 of this bet, so I'm proud of myself.  But I'm definitely noticing that weight loss is going much more slowly than it has in the past.  I'm talking about this time versus years ago, when I was in my early twenties.  I'm trying to be ok with it, but it is a bit frustrating.  

Once I get down to the 10% loss I think I'm going to add new exercises or something to shake things up.  My biggest fear is that I'll injure myself and not be able to exercise at all.  But I need to do something to step up my game!

I hope everyone did well with the weigh in this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Let's keep going!
