I have found that recording my food intake is helpful. Makes you more conscious of what you are eating. So I am going to try to do that while in the Diet Bet. I encourage others to try this as well!
Breakfast: hearts of palm
Snack: 4 triscuits
Lunch: Chicken Salad (veges, 2 scoops chicken, mayo, salad dressing)
Dinner: Tuna salad
Snack: 1 cup blueberries
