HELP! Knee injury!!!

Audra, we are so sorry to hear about your injury! The good news is, weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. So if this turns out to be more of a debilitating injury than expected, your nutrition and minimal movement can still carry you to that 4%! Do you happen to have access to a pool? If so, pool workouts may be your best friend this September :) We will be sure to include knee-conscious workouts for you next month!

Yes, I do have access to a pool. I will do that! I was about to type: I will try my best...then I remembered a very wise being say: "Do or do not. There is no try." So, I will do! Thank you for adding those extra exercises in! I really appreciate it!
