Audra, we are so sorry to hear about your injury! The good news is, weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. So if this turns out to be more of a debilitating injury than expected, your nutrition and minimal movement can still carry you to that 4%! Do you happen to have access to a pool? If so, pool workouts may be your best friend this September :) We will be sure to include knee-conscious workouts for you next month!
