I'm almost a 21 year old and I was almost at 250lbs before I said "That's it i'm sick of being over weight". So I started Medafast sure it helped getting off that 10 ish lbs,but I felt that it was starving me so I stopped. Started eating like I originally did but I only gained back may be 5lbs,but it would be weird I'd lose then gain lose then gain. It was quite annoying if I might say so myself. So after that I stopped eatting the most sinful foods I use to eat.Which were Starches like noodles and rice.I'd eat that for breakfast,lunch and dinner.Resently I just started eatting even more healthier altogether i've lost about 25 ish lbs all on my own but then you get that sence of discouragement some days .So that is why I decided to join dietbet which my mother got me to get on.Also i've had a weight problem since I was in 3rd grade even though I was in all sorts of sports like gymnastics,dance,swimming, basketball,softball ,and horseback riding. Plus all the women in my family have the weight issue of only gaining in the stomach area.Which i've inheirited it's the wose place to gain in my opinion.
