Sometimes, as humans we get discouraged when we aren't seeing the results we want.  On top of that, we focus on the scale too much.  I realize that is a big part of weight loss, but we can't be discouraged when we don't see the changes we are looking for.  We have to remember, that even when the outside doesn't appear to change, sometimes the inside is.

Dont get discouraged and give up when things aren't appearing to work. Buckle down and stick with it, make changes if that is necessary, but don't give up.
