So I was successful in my first kickstart challenge and almist immediately celebrated with bad choices of unhealthy foods. For the last 4 dayd I have not written down my food..let alone ate anything heslthy...and guess what I found??? I have had a headach every day..am sluggish...joint pain...and have gained over 3 lbs..SHOCKING I KNOW..well I guess I have learned a valuable lesson..eating healthy..drinking lots of water instead of diet soda..and exercising makes me FEEL BETTER and LOSE weight...you would have thought being a nurse I would have known this already..#backontracktoday

Dear #backontracttoday, I believe I have done the exact same as you, but I lost the bet by 2 ounces. Made me not as motivated after that. Guess I had better face the scale in the morning & see what damage I did over the weekend... Happy for your success & back to feeling better!! ; )))
