Yesterday I was up a pound for seemingly no reason, and the day before I didn't really lose any weight either. I was watching what I ate. I'm super hydrated so the water rentention didn't make sense to me. The only thing I changed was that when I ran out of sweet n low, l bought splenda. No reason, I just wanted to try it I guess and see if it was better or different. I used to drink tons of diet soda, too much, but I didn't want to have a soda bloat anymore! But now I think splenda caused me to bloat! I noticed my weight went up, so I switched to plain water for now. This morning when I woke up I was back down a pound. What a relief. It was just kind of scary not seeing any improvement and wondering if something was wrong.
Has anyone here had a similar experience?
