Just weighed myself and lost a little more. I've been keeping to the salads and got back on track with that but need to get back in the gym tomorrow night after work - works taking over again but life itself is far nore important isn't it?
Thanks to Amy's salad inspirations (I didn;t know there were that many vegetables and things in the world), I don't know why I haven't always just mixed a load of salad and just had things with it - chicken, ham, smoked mackerel. It doesn't fill me up and leave me with that bloated feeling and it doesn't leave me wanting something else either.
I coach a group of 7year olds and I ran them off the park tonight rather than the other way around - loving this fit and healthy lifestyle and hoping its the norm and not a fad now.
Keep going everyone out there, I don't want your money, I want you to lose weight too...
