Another load of veggies and good healthy food stocked up so no excuses - fridge looks better than normal. Biscuits still being ignored in the cupboard.

I'm really loving this and don't feel I've made many changes other than making sure I get to the gym, working hard when in there and eating lots of salad with something tasty.

I'm making batches of salads and they're getting tastier each time (even though I say it myself). The kids are supportive and joining in which I'm happy about and overall I just feel much better and fitter.

The thing is, I normally get to this point, think that I've doen enough and let things go again - so not this time, I'm looking to join a higher value group so there's more at stake again, to lose.
