This past week has been tough but good I have lost some weight by walking more and staying more active. However, I now am facing the challenge of finding ways to workout without causing harm to the opened wound in my foot. This past Sunday a Stingray struck while I was at the beach swimming with my children. I am still trying to stay active even though I need to let my foot heal but am worried that the anitbiotics and the lack of walking might affect my results this week. I am however trying to do workouts that don't require me to put pressure on my feet and have found that there are some good yoga moves and pilates moves as well as lifting weights that should help me to stay strong this week. My goal for myself this week is to find a way to loose weight and not allow this injury to my foot to set me back!
