Had a really busy week last week and started to fall into bad habits, so I was kind of relieved to find I hadn't done too much damage when I weighed myself. To be fair, I wasn't too bad but just not good and no exercise.
So... no point crying over spilt milk (as my gran used to say), just need to get back into a healthy lifestyle again which means a healthy lunch to kick off with and then attackĀ the gym this afternoon with a promise of rewarding myself by watching England beat Wales in the Rugby World Cup later tonight feeling all fresh and fit ;)
