Nutrition: B) Oatmeal with dried cranberries and chopped walnuts; L) steamed shrimp dumplings; D) cabbage with carrots, potatoes, and kielbasa; S) 2 apples, grape tomatoes, and 2 hard-boiled eggs. Again, lots of water today. Still need to figure out the dairy piece. Tomorrow, on my way home from yoga, I'll pick up some yogurt and cheese - fat-free of course.
Activity: Really, really sore today. I overdid it with squats yesterday, and I am paying for it big time. I've been stretching all day, but the relief is temporary. I'll keep stretching, because I don't want this to derail my workouts. Taking things much easier from here on out. I walked 30 minutes today on the treadmill, very slowly. It doesn't hurt to walk, but it hurts to sit, stand, and go up/down stairs. Alas...
