I joined this group because I have lacked the motivation to continue. i can start like no ones business, but continuing and finishing, I am not the best at.  About 4 years ago I lost 150 pounds, which took me 2 years, and have slowly gained back about 32 pounds (ugh!).  After losing the 150 pounds I kept it off for about 6 months and then had hip surgery, was on steroids for about a month and had 2 foot surgeries!  I didn't exercise as much as i used to and so I have gained it back. My ultimate goal is to get into "one-der-land" meaning somewhere in the 100's!

I went big to motivate myself!  $100 is a lot of cash on the line.  My guess is that the first 5 pounds will be quick and then the next few will be slower.

I am excited to get this started.  I have been on vacation the last 2.5 weeks (and by vacation I mean taking care of my 78 year old mom after she had major back surgery) so I am ready to get back home and back to my routine and back to the gym.

My goal for the gym will be 3 times in week 1 and then by week 4 to go 4 times per week.  I love RPM Spin and Body Pump.
