Ok I have no clue how to start this so here goes. :)

I am a normal teenager not too "skinny not too "fat" I weight 60kg and I am a 18 year old student, girl 5 foot 3.

I come from a family were everyones skinny, and I was as well but this changed at the age of 12. I would start eating icecreams when my parents were out and eating all the chocolate and cookies, and I started to put on weight. Even though I am not big "normal" I still have streech marks,a tummy,fat legs and I know If I lost even 5kg I would feel so much better.

No one around me thinks I need to lose weight so this ones for me I just want to feel confidentĀ again about my body and fit in with my 10 healthy best friends and go out in a bikini in summer and feel happy.

So am I crazy to do this Diet Bet or not?
