Well I did a 90 second run with 3 minute walk. I repeated 7 times with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. My goal is three times this week. I used my TomTom watch along with my fitbit charge. I am all technoed up so should make this more permenant and interesting as I make my way. Transformation, here I come!
