I was extremely motivated by Bruce Pitcher and have decided to join his challenge. I have already lost two pounds since watching the show, "Extreme Weight Loss", a couple days ago. I am working out daily and eating healthy meals keeping my calories in check for my activity level and weight loss goal. I can't wait to officially begin in September, but I have already started on my journey. My goal is to gain muscle and lose fat over the next month and a half. I hope to lose 18 pounds or more during the challenge. I've never done this kind of a challenge before and I think it will be quite rewarding to hit my goal with hard work and dedication. I'm happy to be doing it with 30 others currently. Hopefully the group will grow! Bruce is a fantastic motivator and genuine person. If he can do it, I can!:)
