I'm a little behind on my blogging so hear goes.
Yesterday I started my day out with a 2.8 mile walk. I stuck to the road after my close incounter with a venomous snake the day before. I made some oatmill and eggs in advance for the nexed couple of days. I'm hoping this will keep the right amount of carbs before my activity and protien after. For some reason i always tend to wait until almost noon before eating anything,and as a result I am staving (or at least it feels that way) by the afternoon. Fortunatly i had plenty to keep me moving the rest of my day.
Moving on to today!
I had to get quite a bit done at my house today. Most of my activities derived from cleaning, watering plants,loading car with hevy boxes(this part had to help some) and the list goes on.I did eat pretty healthy as well. I am feeling satisfied with my progress so far. I hope alot of you are having some fun while trying to loose as I am. Sometimes when i am feeling a little lazy on keeping healthy, I just need something extra to keep me motivated. When i saw the add for Dietbet i new i needed to do it.
