man! I thought this was going to be easy! I have been doing a great job making it to the gym on my days off. I work 12 hours shifts in a busy ER where I never (literally NEVER) sit down. I do a 'decent' job eating most of the time, however my icky old habbits rear their ugly little heads enough to stimy my success. "Old habits die hard..." or do they really? I have been trying to kill them for years... mine seem to be bulletproof, undefeatable, unyielding.. How do I get Jilian or one of you people to come live with me and be in charge of me? I'm only asking for like six weeks... ;)
