I have always had very unrealistic goals for weight loss. Over the last eight years I have packed on 100 extra pounds. I have now lost 15 of those 100 (yay!) but find myself very disappointed and cursing myself for not losing more. 

My mentation towards dieting has changed from diet-based to lifestyle change based. Which is great! But it still doesn't help the frustration with my weight loss progress (and 15 pounds in just over a month is great!). Does anyone else have the same frustration?
