Lets start off with today and how I spontaneously started this dietbet! Was on fb browsing when I saw Jamie Eason's dietbet challenged and was just so intrigued. Since I've been wanting to lose some weight I thought it was the perfect chance to kick my butt into gear! It was also very convenient that I purchased myself a nutribullet blender yesterday for smoothies to start losing weight. Starting the first day I did maybe around 15 minutes exercise, not a lot I know. I did however eat a pretty well today; muesli for breakfast with black tea, carrot, orange, and pomegranate smoothie for lunch, handful of Brazilian nuts for a snack; and salad plus peas and carrot gravy with a biscuit. I've also drank about 3 glasses of water, going to try and drink two more before bed. Not a bad first day!
