I didn't actually decide to stop eating white sugar/flour, but I just realized that I haven't been having much of it! :) It's probably because I've been thinking about what I SHOULD eat (fruits, veggies, whole wheat) and that sort of doesn't leave so much brain space to think about what I'm NOT eating.
