Start of day 2. I got back into zumba last night, felt good but was totally uncoordinated. My back has been giving me so much trouble. another reason I need to get these extra pounds off. start this day off right!

Sign in to CommentI teach Zumba! Don't worry about feeling uncoordinated. I can tell you for a fact that no one is looking at anyone else - they are all just worried about what they are doing! Have fun! It's the only exercise I actually look forward to and I usually burn about 600 calories a class! I have several people in my class who have had back injuries in the past and they just take it easy and try not to twist too much or bounce too much and modify moves if it doesn't feel right. I usually try to give options.
