Well it took me over 2 hours to get home last night. I was so tired I tried to imagine myself exercising and I just couldn't. I knew if I did anything I would not give it my all. So I made a deal with myself. I must work out in the morning (today) and get back to doing that during the week. I did it! I got up at 5:15 this morning and did a 30 minute spin class. Until I get used to the early morning workout I can't squeeze a longer workout in (I leave for work at 6:30). Eventually I will switch off my exercise but right now I want to get back into the habit of working out. Right now I want to do the most intense exercise I can to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time. Day one, done!
