So it's about 10 days into my first dietbet in awhile. I've been so focused on otherthings around me that I haven't paid much attention to my weight. That being said, I've been doing awesome in terms of what's been going into my body. I've been eating really well, way better than I thought I could do. 

I am in the midst of a major change in my life. I may be changing careers from a desk job, to a very heavy manual labour type of job... I'm extremly excited about the opportunity... A lot of people see manual labour as a bad thing... as a heavier person, I'm really looking forward to getting away from my desk. Exercise and get paid big money for it? 

Another stressful part of my life is we're trying to sell our house and buy a bigger house. We have an offer in on a beautiful home but one of the conditions is that we gotta sell our old one first. It's been on the market for a month, had one buyer change their mind... it's still early, but geez... I'm getting tired of all the showings. I find it very invasive and at times draining having strangers pick apart the home you've loved for 6 years. 

If it doesn't pan out though, I will be bummed, but I won't be turning to chicken wings or pizza for solace. I'm determined to succeed. Even if we don't sell the house, we love this house, even if it's getting smaller as our little one continues to get bigger! Life is good, and it's only getting better.
