I'm week 2 of my challenge.  I'm down 3 lbs from the last time I weighed.  Worried my fun hallween weekend fun may catch up to me and knock 1 or 2 of those out, I'm making sure to do some serious damage control this week.  I went hard at zumba last night. My instructor who is 1/2 my size said she did the playlist before class hard and burned 1200 calories and that I go just as hard as she does!  That's a plus!  40th birthday party is this weekend for the other half.  Gotta do lots of veggies! :D
