First unofficial weigh in, and holy crap. My actual official weigh in was 135.8. I really don't think this is fat loss, it's way too fast. I think this is "stopped-being-complacent-and-eating-too-much-sushi, tracked-what-I-ate-more-closely, actual-food-weight" weight. Still, I'd be lying if I said it wasn't really encouraging. The problem with food-weight, though, is that because it's not "real" loss, if I ate a big meal, it would go right back up. Good reason to be careful and keep logging my calories closely instead of guesstimating!
Yesterday I skipped breakfast like I basically always do, had a tuna salad sandwich with Lite Miracle Whip substituted for mayo for lunch, and had soup for dinner, with an apple and some dates for snacks.
