That says 133.2...and I went *over* my calories yesterday. I was studying all day for a test I'm taking in 45 minutes (wish me luck on my OB/Gyn shelf exam, btw, I hear it's a doozy), and snacked too much (and basically didn't move from my study spot on the bed). Went over my budget by exactly 7 milk chocolate almonds, 2 slices of 70 calorie bread, 4 oz of juice, and a 2% Chobani yogurt. Which, in the grand scheme of things, is not the world's biggest transgression by a long shot, but still...
How the heck did my weight go down?
I feel like this is kind of balanced out by all the times I do well on my diet and the scale plateaus for a week. I'll take this to mean I'm not allowed to get upset when that happens!
