Ive been back on this wagon for 2 month now and made great progress. Im super stoked. Hoping to keep it up but I think I reached a point where I dont think I can do any quickstarters anymore and I amnot sure if thats bad or good. Its not that I dont have more weight to lose ( probably another 10-15lbs actually) but 4% for a 3rd month seems super scary and would put me weighing only 5lbs more thanI weighed when I was doing 2 a-day workouts 5 years ago before the climb to 200 began. I also know I will be putting muscle as I increase lifting (this months goalwork out is to add to my cardio plan with 2-3xweekly weights) which will increase my weight even if fat is decreased so to do 8lbs in 4 weeks knowing ill be putting on 2-4lbs of msucle is scary. This happened last year too as I got closer to my desired endweight though it took alot longer it get there. I had been working with a nutritionist and doing monthly body fat analysis. I had put on nearly 8lbs of muscle over 6-8 months and lost nearly 30lbsfat I had gotten to a happy place body image wise but was miserable because it was more of a diet vs lifestyle change...hard to maintain. This time I want a lifestyle change where I dont feel guilty if I need an indulgence day every week or two or have more than 1 beer/glass of wine out with my friends on the weekend. I guess thats why its a "kickstarter" you cant kickstart forever. Heres ot wishing not too many indulgences over the holidays otherwise I will be able to kickstart again ( not a good goal) as I already hit my 10% for my transformers but still have 3-4 months to go on them.
