So I am the notorious yo-yo dieter....with a weight range from 225 lbs down to 138 lbs (which was gross, i looked like a skeleton). And the 225 was just miserable but here i am at an unhealthy medium of 174lbs and determined to get down to 150! woo hoo! so i am going to start intermittent fasting and paleo
